Eco Classico – special hammock made of naturally colored cotton

This unique hammock is made of naturally dyed cotton, available in various shades of brown and green. The cotton comes from original cotton seeds rediscovered in old, abandoned cotton fields in Brazil after production moved to the large-scale agricultural plains of Mato Grosso.

When cotton became a mass-produced product, the seeds that naturally produce colored cotton largely disappeared because the fiber couldn’t be dyed and didn’t meet industry standards. This is precisely what makes it unique today: the color is naturally present in the fiber, meaning it remains beautiful and vibrant, even over time.

The cotton makes for exceptionally strong and comfortable hammocks that won’t fade in the sun. Because no dyeing processes are required, production is more environmentally friendly and uses significantly less water. Furthermore, the cotton is grown entirely organically, without chemical pesticides or fertilizers.
